The holiday season sort of snuck up on us this year, but I still managed to get in a family shoot before it was too late. Here are Brent and Nancy looking all festive, warm and cozy (even though it was quite chilly outside).

It’s been a year since I got to photograph this family and their little guy Cole isn’t so little anymore – almost two, in fact. He’s growing up so fast and he’s full of energy- like all little boys are! What a photogenic family this is!
Just shy of two weeks old, Baby Grace reminded me just how precious newborns are, sleeping soundly, all curled up, opening her eyes maybe once or twice. Yep, that’s the life. I was feeling a bit glum that day and a meeting and snuggle with a newborn was just what the doctor ordered! Big sister…
It’s beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time to see your baby grow up before your eyes. One day you look at her and her hair is long, she has teeth and she’s talking up a storm (and maybe even talking back). Sigh… she’s not a baby anymore, but she’s still my baby!
I was thrilled (and honoured) to be asked to photograph longtime friend Kim and her fiance Craig for their engagement shots. It’s clear just from these images, they are a great match for each other. Ummm, is it getting hot in here? Best of luck to you both in your future together!
