It’s good to be a kid

Last month, our family unit headed over to Assiniboine Park where the latest attraction, the Children’s Nature Playground, opened to the public. I had been anticipating the opening of this park for quite some time and it did not disappoint. We were completely blown away and by the looks on the faces of the other families, we weren’t alone! The playground was designed to encourage children and parents alike to explore, play, climb and discover. Six-foot tall, clothing-clad, frog-shaped topiaries, and thousands of tulips in bloom, were just one of the many visual spectacles there. My kids were more enamoured with the sand and water bar, giant slide and saucer swings. Before it got too crazy busy, I managed to capture some of the playground’s attractions. Oh it’s good to be a kid…

Great photos May! Makes me think I should go back. Maybe today? As always, your kids are absolutely, positively adorable. And your photography is amazing.
