  • Hello!

Thanks for stopping by. In case you didn’t know, I love photography and I am fortunate to be able to share my passion with you. I simply cannot imagine going through life without photographs - there are just so many reasons for taking photos. To remember, to relive, to share, to learn, to tell a story, to create, to feel... I could go on forever. The wonderful thing about photographs is that they are instantaneous. And as we change through life, so do the images we want to capture. I believe in capturing beautiful, modern images for modern families. More importantly, I want to capture the connection between family members. I care very much about getting to know my clients and having fun during our sessions. I am not trying to create the perfect image of you - rather, real images of genuine happy, silly, fun and tender family moments. This site features my most recent session along with some personal images peppered in. I am so thrilled to have met so many wonderful people and they have all inspired me in one way or another.

Please enjoy the photos on this site and by all means, please feel free to get in touch with me if you think my style and vision matches yours.

We don’t have to change at all

Wow, you guys are eight. Not just one eight but double 8s – that’s double happiness or lucky in Chinese culture. And that is true, we are lucky. You are both so happy and healthy – and most of all you are both very sweet and funny. You may be twins because you were born […]

Beautiful photos May, of such lovely boys. Happy birthday to both of them. You have a great family.

Must love dinos

Last month, I had the cutest, pint-sized, dino-lovin’ visitor in my house. Ryan was a bit tired and shy at first but as soon as we brought out the box of dinos, that was all it took to perk him up. Before we knew it, he was exploring the entire house and checking every nook and cranny. […]

Great specs! What a sweet little guy.

And I could see for miles, miles, miles

“There’s no time to be bored in a world as beautiful as this.” I believe this to be true. We visited the beautiful country of Iceland in August (2016). It all started as a lunchtime discussion amongst my running friends, almost two years prior, the idea to run the Reykjavik half marathon and an opportunity to visit a country […]

So nice. Most people can’t appreciate the beauty of a grey sky. You’ve made Iceland a place I’d like to visit, with a Pentax in tow. 😉 How great is it that Air Canada just announced that it will now fly there?!
